Terms of Service

1. Agreement
BarMenu.digital ("the Service") is operated by dietsoda.dev. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What BarMenu.digital is
BarMenu.digital lets venues build digital menus that diners open by scanning a QR code, mark items unavailable in one tap, tag allergens, and see simple analytics on what diners view.
3. Allergen information & compliance — your responsibility
All menu content, including allergen tags, is entered by you (the venue). The Service helps you publish allergen disclosures and keeps a record of changes, and its rules engine may suggest tags — but suggestions can be wrong, and we do not verify your menu against your recipes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your allergen information and for complying with the food-safety and disclosure laws that apply to your venue. BarMenu.digital does not guarantee regulatory compliance and is not legal advice.
4. Public menus
Menus you publish are public web pages — anyone with the link or QR code can view them. Do not publish content you do not have the right to share. You keep all rights to your menu content; you grant us the license needed to host and display it.
5. Accounts
Provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
6. Billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dietsoda.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including claims arising from inaccurate venue-entered menu or allergen content — and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
